Apply as a vendor

Welcome and thank you for your interest in our annual Flower Parade!

  • March 1st 2026: Last day to submit your application

  • April 1st 2026:  Vending space allocation will be communicated to vendors

  • June 6, 2026:  Parade and market day from 9-2 PM

  • June 6, 2026: Setup from 8-9 AM, cleanup from 2-3 PM

 

  • Only artisanal and local vendors will be selected (no mass or industrial production)

  • Products and services have to be in relation to flowers, gardens, well-being, etc.

  • You will be assigned a specific spot where you will install your tent

  • Bring your own table and tent, and your own material

  • No alcohol or food vendors in the park

  • Come at the time of installation (2 hours before the start of the event). No cars are allowed inside the gates of the International Peace Gardens, you must carry your supplies and setup yourself (bring a wagon or else)

  • Commit to staying until 2 PM

*Vendor applications will be rejected if the Flower Parade Committee, in its sole discretion and judgment, determines an entry to be political, controversial, unlawful or otherwise inconsistent with the standards, theme or purpose of the Flower Parade of Salt Lake City.
